“Deprem Neden Y\u0131k\u0131yor?” konulu konferansta Prof. Dr. \u00d6vg\u00fcn  y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 depremlerin sebeplerine de\u011finerek, Erzincan’da ya\u015fanan depremler \u00fczerine konu\u015ftu. Deprem denilince akla ilk olarak Erzincan depremlerinin geldi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Ercan, bu b\u00f6lgede ge\u00e7mi\u015fte ya\u015fanan depremlerin y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkilerine de\u011findi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

YAPILAR HAKKINDA KATILIMCILARI B\u0130LG\u0130LEND\u0130RD\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 (Karasu) akarsuyu dolgusu \u00fczerindeki yer yap\u0131lar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Ercan, yap\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131mlar\u0131na neden olan etkenlerin yerden gelen sorunlar, yap\u0131 gere\u00e7lerin k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve yap\u0131lardaki kurulum yan\u0131lg\u0131lar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. Yap\u0131lar\u0131n deprem davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131na da de\u011finen Ercan, Erzincan’da deprem \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 yap\u0131lan yap\u0131lar hakk\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 bilgilendirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“T\u00dcRK\u0130YE B\u0130R DEPREM \u00dcLKES\u0130 DE\u011e\u0130L”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ercan, 2035 ile 2045 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Erzincan’da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir deprem olabilece\u011fini belirterek \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131; “1939 Erzincan depremi Cumhuriyet tarihinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck depremi biliyorsunuz. Deprem denildi\u011finde T\u00fcrkiye’de, \u00f6zellikle biz bilim adamlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda hemen akl\u0131m\u0131za Erzincan gelir. T\u00fcrkiye bir deprem \u00fclkesi de\u011fil. T\u00fcrkiye’nin deprem \u00fclkesi olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 8’in \u00fczerinde depremlerin olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. T\u00fcrkiye’nin 17. y\u00fczy\u0131lda ki bir depremi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda 8’den b\u00fcy\u00fck hi\u00e7bir depremi yoktur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye,  gibi birinci derece bir deprem \u00fclkesi de\u011fildir ama T\u00fcrkiye’de olan y\u0131k\u0131mlar nedeniyle d\u00fcnyada ilk be\u015fe giriyor. Peki bunun nedeni ne? Bunlar\u0131 inceleyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erzincan’daki deprem gece olmu\u015ftu ve k\u0131\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fcyd\u00fc. Hava eksi 30 dereceydi. Bu havada insanlar donarak \u00f6l\u00fcr. Evlerde sobalar yand\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yanarak da \u00f6ld\u00fcler. \u00d6te yandan, bir yerde bir deprem olmu\u015f ise gelecekte o yerde ayn\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fckte bir deprem olacakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir de\u011fimle Erzincan 7.9’u 1939’da g\u00f6rd\u00fc ise, Erzincan gelecekte 7.9 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde depremi g\u00f6recektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bizim Erzincan’da yap\u0131la\u015fma olay\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 sanki 8 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir deprem gelecekmi\u015f gibi haz\u0131rlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. O g\u00fcn Erzincan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckt\u00fc, \u015fuan daha b\u00fcy\u00fck. Erzincan’da \u00f6nlem almak i\u00e7in, yar\u0131n \u00e7ok ge\u00e7 olur. Erzincan’da e\u011fer y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 bir deprem erken beklenirse, 2035 ile 2045 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir deprem beklerim. Uzun beklenti i\u00e7inde ise 2300 y\u0131llar\u0131 civar\u0131nda deprem olabilir ama 2035 ile 2045 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131 daha uygun g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor. Bu arada daha erken deprem olabilir mi? Olabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Erzincan’daki davran\u0131\u015f niteli\u011fi \u00f6yle.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
